MEMBERSHIP DUES

 

PROPERTY MEMBER
Annual dues are $0.95 per unit (minimum of $50.00), plus $100 which includes dues to NAA (the National Apartment Association). A Member can be any individual, association, corporation or group owning and/or managing two or more residential dwelling units.

 

PROFESSIONAL PARTNER (SUPPLIER)
Annual dues are $225.00 which includes dues to NAA (the National Apartment Association). A Professional Partner can be any individual, association, corporation or group supportive of a member by providing a service or product to members of this Association.
